Feeling good about YOU is so important. So what are some of the things we can do to achieve this and feel better?

1. Have a Positive Attitude. It’s contagious and you become a magnet to others.

Do Something Nice for Some one else every day. Giving starts the receiving process. “It’s more blessed to give than receive.” IT WORKS, TRY IT.

Be grateful for what you have. It can make a house a home, a meal a feast, an acquaintance a friend.

Remain Curious about everything. It keeps your brain working – have you ever noticed that the minute you are asked a question, your brain immediately starts working TO find the answer?

Don’t Miss Anything – attend everything that you can – it will keep you feeling young and alive.

Pamper and Take Care of Your Personal Appearance. Hair, Skin Care, Nails, Pedicure, New Outfit.

Your thoughts are seeds that you plant every minute of every day, whether you know it or not.

Does it surprise you to know that a large percentage of all the thoughts we have each day are negative? What are you saying to yourself 80% of the time? These negative thoughts can be extremely damaging to health. This does not mean that you can’t think negative thoughts or that somehow you have to eliminate them from your life. That is impossible in todays world. Using positive afformations however is a great way to start removing this negativity and start taking back some control of our thinking.

What are Afformations?

Why ask questions? Your brain loves to solve problems... the minute you ask yourself a question, your brain immediately starts searching for the answer.

Positive Afformations are short positive questions that you repeat regularly to yourself. There is a bit of an art to creating them; they must be positive, in the present tense and state something that you want. Keeping them short makes them easier to remember and repeat. Jot them down on a piece of paper and leave them where you will see them and they will be handy.

Positive Afformations challenge negative beliefs. Positive afformations stop the flow of negative thoughts and the words that seek to fuel those negative beliefs. Afformations are more than just repeating words. It is a whole process of becoming aware of your thoughts and words in everyday life. The more you can consciously use your afformations in your daily thoughts and words, the faster they will work for you.

Developing small but positive changes in your attitude can have an enormous impact on your success. If you can get your thinking right, the benefits will naturally follow. A positive mindset is very important when it comes to your health and healing. It is a well-established fact that a positive attitude has a major impact on healing outcomes and negative beliefs.

Make your list of afformations and put them in your pocket and take a peek during the day to remind yourself of what you want. Repeat your afformations before going to bed, and again upon getting up. Share and teach your family how to use afformations, soon your home will filled with positive energy.
